The key is to follow a simple 3 step progression:
1 - Build Control by mastering the movement slowly
2 - Build Rhythm by repeating the movement doing repeat sets
3 - Build Speed by challenging acceleration

Following this 3 step progression will allow you to train any walking or running movement with band resistance.
