PANTRY HACKS | Fill Your Pantry - Lime Juice Canning

About a month ago, we experimented with canning up some store bought orange juice we had leftover from the holiday season. It worked great, and still tasted great after weeks of just sitting on the shelf in our pantry. Today, we're out of Lime juice, so I bought some in bulk and plan to portion it down into smaller increments and can it as well. This is a great way to reduce the cost per ounce of many things you may purchase. It can also help to ward off inflation of prices - since you can buy now when things are cheaper.
