Homemade Pizza (Organic Spelt Flour) In the Kitchen!

Here is my organic spelt pizza crust recipe!
Remember spelt does not like to be kneaded a lot!! If you do it will become hard when baked!
2 cups hot tap water
1 package yeast
1 tablespoon honey
Mix let sit to proof (yeast will bubble to top)
Then add 1 tablespoon olive oil

3 1/2 organic spelt flour
Plus 1/2 cup flour (reserved to mix in if needed)
2 tsp sea salt

Toppings of choice!! For the sauce I use an organic pizza sauce by Simply Balanced.
