We hear about alignment, or we get told to sit up tall, pull our shoulders back and balance our seatbones. But why? Why is this important.

Its not about a pretty picture, instead its about keeping your joints and ligaments safe so you can continue to enjoy riding as long as you choose.

If your joints and ligaments aren't gliding correctly you will create undue wear and tear, shortening your riding life.

This is why its so important to get this right off the horse and improve your fitness and balance off the horse.
