भरलं वांगं बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १ कप भाजलेल्या शेंगदाण्याचं कूट
• १/२ चमचा संडे मसाला
• १ चमचा लाल तिखट
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १/४ चमचा हळद
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर
• जरुरीनुसार पाणी
• ६ वांगी
• २~३ मोठे चमचे तेल
• १ चमचा जिरं
• ५~६ किसलेल्या लसूण पाकळ्या
• २ बारीक चिरलेले कांदे
• १/२ चमचा संडे मसाला

Today’s recipe is easy and delicious bharale vange. Bharale vange means stuffed baingan or brinjal. Though we are not making any vatan or masala, this bhaji tastes super delicious. It not only looks tempting but also tastes yummy. This is a very easy and simple recipe. This is so quick and simple that bachelor also can make it!! In a way, we can call this as bachelor special recipe. We already have seen 1-2 bherale vange recipes. This is yet another easy addition to the list. This recipe doesn’t need lot many ingredients. You an make it from very few ingredients those are readily available in any basic kitchen.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup roasted Peanut powder
• 1/2 tsp Sunday masala
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• Water as needed
• 6 Brinjals
• 2~3 tbsp Oil
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 5~6 grated Garlic cloves
• 2 finely chopped Onions
• 1/2 tsp Sunday masala
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• Salt to taste
• Water as needed
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Method:
• Mix roasted peanut powder, Sunday masala, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and coriander
leaves really good together and add a little water at a time to make thick paste. Masala for stuffing
is ready.
• Wash and dry the brinjals really good.
• Cut off the stem of each brinjal and make 2 slits in brinjal. Do not cut it completely.
• Rub salt inside the brinjal and fill in the masala.
• Press the brinjal really good from all sides.
• Heat up oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
• When cumin seeds splutter add garlic paste and fry well.
• Add onion and fry well until onion gets nice golden color.
• Add Sunday masala, red chili powder and salt and mix well.
• You can use kala masala or kanda lasun masala or varhadi masala in place of Sunday masala.
• Add the leftover stuffing and mix well. Add water and mix well.
• Add the stuffed brinjals.
• Cover and steam the brinjals on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes.
• After steaming for about 7-8 minutes, flip the brinjals over and steam them again.
• Repeat the process until brinjals are cooked well.
• When brinjals are cooked well, turn off the gas and add coriander leaves. Bharale vange is ready.
• It goes well with bhakri. You can serve it with chapati or with rice as side dish.
