This is an overview of what we do on the EOF RTG which is a group training online program that specifically trains people for paras 10, Commando Shuffle, Fan Dance, Woodhouse and all the test week series, all of which I have personally won and we have first-place finishes in.

This video gives you an overview of how we planned our training over a short period to produce a number of wins this year including masters female, female and male.
