Welcome back to day 2! Yesterday you learned the first 3 standing asana in the primary series. Today we build upon yesterday's practice by adding another asana on to your growing home yoga practice.
There is a whole world of yoga out there where your breath is the teacher, where you take your time to explore your feelings and thought that pop up.
This video is the first in a series of 4 designed to help you build a self practice.

Morgan Lee is a Registered Nurse, KPJAYI Authorized level II yoga instructor, and author of the book, ‘Why Yoga Works; The Science Behind the Yoga.’ I want to inspire you to function at your highest level of health.

Combining my background as a Registered Nurse with Ashtanga Yoga, I work with clients in Los Angeles (and online) to build a safe, and sustainable daily yoga practice. Since 2016 I have been the primary Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Instructor at YogaWorks in Santa Monica, CA teaching daily Mysore classes. I have taught workshops and classes around the world, in hospitals, clinics, corporate offices, and yoga studios.

I have worked with clients recovering from; cancer, strokes, broken bones, and other medical issues, adapting the Ashtanga Yoga Practice to meet their needs. I want to help you unlock your potential and live an extraordinary life!
