I Told My Wife, "I Will Not Go To Bed Tonight Until I Get An Answer On The Church"

Mike first learned of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints while working for a construction company that was hired to build an add-on to one of their existing churches. While Mike was working in the building he had lots of time to look at the paintings, meet members, do research, and feel the spirit in the church
.
Mike's project manager, Brandon was a member of the church and had noticed the interest Mike was getting in the church. Mike showed up to work one day and found Brandon there with a copy of The Book of Mormon. Brandon had written his testimony of The Book of Mormon on the front page and gave it to Mike. One Phrase that really stuck out to Mike was "I believe this to be true". Brandon also gave Mike several different resources to continue his research.

Mike continued to think about that experience with Brandon for the next 2 years. When the Bentonville Arkansas Temple got assigned to the company he was working for he had a feeling that he was going to be involved in that project. That news jump-started Mike back into looking at the church which then lead to his very special experience.

Mike knew enough but still needed to know if this was really God's church. Mike decided he needed his answer that night and wasn't going to bed until he got it. Mike had become very in tune with the spirit and after a prayer heard the still small voice say "This will make you better"
Mike testifies of how important it is to make that first step to share the love of Christ with others and how the Bentonville Arkansas temple is so important to him.
