今日は【ちまき】『【あくまき】ともいいます。』を作っていきます。

昔の人達は竹の皮(抗菌作用あり)でもち米を包んで、戦に出かけていたと聞いています。
現代は戦はないが、天災で、災害、地震、津波等々で、食料困難になって、何日も食料が届いていないと、ニュースを見たりしますが、【ちまき】これも立派な被災食・非常食になります。田園地方に行けば米や、もち米はあります。又、災害のない所からの応援にもなります。
【ちまき】は乾燥しても、お湯に戻していただけるとは、何とすごい！先人達の知恵でしょう。
私は若い時に、ちまきがカチカチになって捨てた事がありました。戻して食べる事を知らなかったからです。年を重ねてから人に聞いて戻したら、食べられる事を知りました。

圧力を使ったら簡単なので、皆様も、ぜひ作って食べて見てください。
普段使いは、スイーツ・おやつとして、お楽しみください。

Today, I'm going to make "Chimaki".

I've heard that in the past, people used to wrap glutinous rice in bamboo bark (which has antibacterial properties) before going to war.

There are no wars these days, but we often see news reports of food shortages and food not arriving for days due to natural disasters, disasters, earthquakes, tsunamis, etc., and "Chimaki" can also be a great disaster food or emergency food. If you go to the countryside, you can find rice and glutinous rice. It can also be used as support from places that are not affected by disasters.

Even if "Chimaki" dries out, it can be rehydrated in hot water. How amazing! This is the wisdom of our ancestors.

When I was young, I threw away some chimaki that had become hard and hard. I didn't know that it could be rehydrated before eating. When I got older, I learned that if you rehydrate it after asking someone, you can still eat it.
It's easy to make using pressure, so please try making it and enjoy it as a sweet or snack for everyday use.
