Some really lovely things going on in this stroke and with some adjustments you should see greater efficiency and speed. Your body position and alignment is pretty good at present but there is some collapsing of the hip on rotation so lateral chain and core work is essential. Much of the stroke is being powered from the arms and legs without much stability, power and control from the core so this should make a big difference to your ability to perform the stroke faster and more consistently over distance. The biggest issue at present is the shape/ profile of your catch and pull. Currently your upper arm retracts too soon so there is little effective hold on the water early in the stroke and then the stroke is pulling out too early so there is little opportunity for transfer of power. Work on lengthening the stroke front and back and establishing a good catch / hold on the water as early in the stroke as possible.

SUGGESTED DRILLS
Lateral kick, catch - release, single arm, catch-up
