Soft and Fluffy Mamon - 10 pieces
Ingredients
4 egg yolks
⅓ cup sugar
¼ cup milk
¼ cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup all purpose flour
¼ cup cornstarch
2 tsps baking powder
¼ tsp salt
4 egg whites
¼ cup sugar
¼ tsp cream of tartar

Topping:
Softened butter
White sugar
