This is a 20 Minute Full Body Workout that kicks in! Your heart rate will be up, you will smile and it will burn. I included 8 kg dumbbells that make it extra hard + giving the spice. I enjoyed this one so much since it focuses on legs, booty, abs & upper body. During the workout I found a spider on my mat so I needed to stop but you continue please.
