The Hypermobile Neck - CCI, Pain & Stability Exercises

We’re exploring neck pain and neck instability with hypermobility. Mild cervical instability is thought to be common, with 66% of people with hEDS/HSD experiencing it (Russek et al 2023).This class explores the latest research into neck hypermobility and classes that may be suitable for this condition.
