To celebrate international Tai Chi & Qigong day, Shifu Shi Yanjun is showing a full form of Ba Duan Jin — so that you can experience the full power of this ancient practice.

Simply follow the steps to feel like you’re being showered in revitalizing energy…

… and allow your mind to lay at ease, so that your body can float effortlessly upon every movement.

If you follow this video every day, you can strengthen your body, elevate your energy and calm your mind.

But, this is only one of the powerful and enriching forms that Shifu Shi Yanjun teaches to his students as headmaster of the Shaolin Temple Yunnan warrior monks.

In fact, he sends daily letters to his students about the sacred forms of the Shaolin Warrior & Wellness Path — and how to use them as a path to becoming a strong and vital, yet deeply calm and enlightened master.

If you wish to receive these letters, translated from Chinese to English for your Qi, along with our “ancient scroll of Meihua Quan” — then check it out here:

Ba Duan Jin is a living tradition. It has eight sections called Jin (錦, Brocade). Brocade refers to the splendour and praises its effectiveness in curing illness and improving fitness. Ba Duan Jin is one of the most common traditional health exercises.

Besides general life quality, Ba Duan Jin Qigong contributes positively to flexibility, physical power, performance, strength, balance, sleep quality, blood pressure, and the respiratory system. Ba Duan Jin Qigong is also a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
