Hi Friends and welcome to today's second trimester pregnancy yoga flow. This prenatal yoga is suitable during the first trimester or the second trimester but not through the third trimester. This is a complete yoga practice and will work the whole body. Prenatal yoga is so important during the second trimester. Its important to keep working on strength during pregnancy but also know how to stretch and relax through the body as this will help us immensely when it comes to giving birth.
