⚙️EQUIPMENT NEEDED
✅Yoga Strap or a Towel

📋WORKOUT FORMAT:
👉10 Exercises
👉40s work/20s rest

COACHING NOTES
✅Keep all movements to a 7/10 intensity; uncomfortable, but not excruciating
✅Use the largest range of motion you can for each movement
✅Breathe only through the nose if possible
