Today's 400 meter intervals felt amazing!
I was relaxed, breathing well and moving well.
My goal was 1 min 40 secs per lap and ended up doing way better. Rest btwn laps was 1 min 35 secs.
This was my 1st successful 4 x 400 m since I began running again 3 months ago.

My name is Will De Leon. 51 Yrs Strong. Lifetime Calisthenics Fitness. Strength Endurance Athlete. "Standing The Test of Time". Started Running again in June 2024 after 23 yrs.
