This is an ADVANCED cardio workout for all of you who requested harder sessions!
It challenges your cardiorespiratory system with full body movements, including transitions from standing to the floor and back up again. As always, all movements and cues are made just for people with scoliosis and Scheuermann's Kyphosis.
