THIRUNELLI MAHAVISHNU TEMPLE WAYANAD

Thirunelli Mahavishnu Temple in Wayanad is one of the famous temple in south India.The temple will remain open for its special rituals round the year.It is just 26 KM from the Mananthavadi town in Wayand district.
The road which connects Kattikulam and Thirunelli Temple passes through the Tholpetty Wild life sanctuary
Thirunelli temple is also known as Dakshina Kashi and Sahya kshethram.
Gundika Siva Kshethram in Thirunelli is also very famous temple.
The temple is famous for the Bali Karmas. Those who are coming for the Balitharpanas are requested to reach temple by morning.
The temple opens by 5:30 am and closes by 12:30pm and reopens by 5:30pm and closes by 8:00pm.
