If you are going through a stressful time in your life, or have had a particularly anxious day, or are simply seeking a nourishing kundalini yoga practice that will help you relax, this 30-minute kundalini yoga kriya is the one. It's known as Three Kriyas to Eliminate Tension and Stress and it's a really lovely practice to do at the end of a hectic day, or in the morning to start off feeling the peace. And relaaaaaax....

As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
