King Aegon iii Targaryen: Complete Reign | House Of The Dragon | Game Of Thrones | History & Lore

The Dance Of The Dragons almost brought the downfall of House Targaryen with it's members being countable on a single hand. At it's head was the boy king Aegon iii Targaryen, a broken and damaged boy, the son of Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen and Daemon Targaryen whom whose rule of westeros would also be a dark and gloomy affair. From the death of his first Queen Jaehaera Targaryen to his second daenaera velaryon, and the return of his brother Prince Viserys and with him to coming of House Rogare of Lys, and Lara of Lys. Other will rise and fall during this time to from the likes of Unwin Peake and his council of regents to Alyn Velaryon the Oakenfist.

Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen was trapped on Dragonstone by her brother King Aegon ii with no way to escape her fate. What was to come was the final showdown between the two main players of the dance of the dragons and bring the war into its final phase. The House of the dragon was crumbling and the events that was about to follow would only cause more damage to both sides of the war.
