You asked for it in the comments, and today I’ve finally brought the full recipe of Chicken Dum Biryani – just like street style but made at home, from scratch!
This is a detailed video where I’ve shown every step clearly — from birista preparation to chicken marination, from perfect rice boiling to the dum process. It's an aromatic, flavourful biryani with layered spices and juicy chicken – perfect for both home kitchens and those planning cloud kitchen menus.
I’ve also used a special Dry Biryani Masala, which I’ve already shown in my Veg Dum Biryani video. If you want to make that masala at home, watch that video here: • Veg Dum Biryani | वेज दम बिरयानी | Authent...
In future, I’ll share a shortcut version using Biryani Base Masala for cloud kitchens and tiffin services – so do subscribe and stay tuned.
