Healthy & Delicious Chicken Salad Recipe | High Protein & Easy to Make!

Ingredients:

For the Chicken:
• 200g Chicken Breast
• ½ tsp Chili Powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Ghee (for roasting)

For the Salad:
• 1 cup Lettuce (chopped)
• ½ cup Tomatoes (diced)
• ½ cup Cucumbers (diced)
• ½ cup Capsicum (thinly sliced)
(You can add more veggies of your choice)

For the Dressing:
• ½ Lemon (juice)
• 1 tbsp Olive Oil
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp Soya Sauce
• 1 tbsp Chopped Olives
• Chicken juices from the pan

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken
• Take 200g of chicken breast and season it with chili powder, salt, and lemon juice.
• Heat a pan and add 1 tsp of ghee.
• Cook the chicken on medium heat, flipping occasionally until golden brown and fully cooked.
• Once done, let it rest for a few minutes, then chop into bite-sized pieces.

2️⃣ Prepare the Salad
• In a large bowl, add chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and sliced capsicum.

3️⃣ Make the Dressing
• In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, soya sauce, chopped olives, and the juices left in the pan from cooking the chicken.

4️⃣ Assemble the Salad
• Add the chopped chicken to the salad bowl.
• Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything well.
• Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes for the best flavor.

5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!
• Your high-protein, delicious chicken salad is ready! Serve chilled and enjoy a healthy meal.
