Rayman PSX - Blue Mountains

There are a lot of spikes in the Blue Mountain stages, big ones, small ones, moving ones e.t.c. You do however get to use the Super Helicopter ability on one of the levels which is nice, but can be hard to adjust too (learn to do so here before Picture City).
Mr. Stone isn't a particularly hard boss to defeat, you just have to smack the head of the stone totem and dodge his falling rocks/shots. He'll call a few of the smaller dog sized stone creatures to attack you periodically too, but they fall easily for your fists.
All of the cages can be obtained on the first run, apart from one which you have to go back to after beating Mr. Stone. It is one of the harder cages to reach, and takes a well timed run, jump, glide, fist.... you get the picture. The trick for that particular cage is to run and jump as you see Rayman's feet touch the small stone.

Now that we have the run abillity, the next step is back to Band Land to free the 2 cages.
