3. Wide Grip Bent Over Rows 3 x 10-12
4. Drag Curls 3 x 10-12
Superset w/
5. Lateral Tricep Extensions 3 x 10-12
6. Sumo Squat 3 x 10-12
7. Reverse Lunges 3 x 8-10 (each side)
8. Plank Hold 3 x 30-60 sec (or more)
