Hey guys!

There are a lot of misconceptions if fondant can be prepared at home, (but it is not so difficult and the process is also relatively easy) so I've simplified it for you in the video.
As y'all know, fondant has many uses in the baking industry, so if you are wondering how to make fondant at home or on the go, we've got you covered!
Use these techniques in the video to create soft and pliable fondant with balanced sweetness to upgrade your fondant cakes. You can start preparing homemade fondant which is stretchy enough to use as cake coverings or stiff enough to be used for fondant toppers.
The best thing about this recipe is that it is completely eggless, but if you want to go all the way you can always substitute agar agar for gelatin.

Ingredients:
Gelatin - 7g or agar agar - 3g
Fresh cream - 23g
Liquid glucose - 1/4 cup
Butter - 23g
Glycerin - 1/2 tbsp + 1/4 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Icing sugar - 3.5 to 4 cups
Tylose powder or CMC - 1/4 tsp

Storage and shelf life - To avoid icing sugar from crusting and to have a better shelf life, please store it in an airtight container or clingwrap / ziplock it.
For storage, refrigeration is must as the fondant does not contain any preservatives and you can store it upto 4 months.

Note: Thaw the fondant until it is soft and pliable and then it is fit for usage.
