2010 has been a historic year for Kenya, from the enactment of a new constitution to the start of the ICC process, where the prosecutor Luis Moreno Ocampo has named six individuals he suspects to have been the chief architects of the violence that rocked the country, in the aftermath of a disputed presidential election in 2007. Now one man has dominated the news headlines this year for all the wrong reasons; -- from allegations of corruption, to suspension as higher education minister, to the international criminal court process where he is under investigation for crimes against humanity. William Samoei Arap Ruto is a man under siege. Our senior reporter Evelyn Wambui spent days with Ruto and his family just before the ICC prosecutor named him as one of the six suspects he wants tried for crimes against humanity.
