Run for All, Yorkshire Marathon on Sunday 15th October 2023.
Finishing time of 3:23.39

Bit chilly morning, having to scrape the ice off the car when setting out, but it had warmed up a little by the time I'd reached York but still chilly and the highest it got to was about 12 degrees

Wanted to try and maintain a fairly even pace through out, was able keep it in the 7:30-7:50min/mile range, with mile 24 and 25 being amongst the quicker ones, fuelled by a gel almost every mile from 23 onwards.
