And one company by the name of Renard's Cheese is known for making some of the best cheese curds in Door County. Renard's was founded in 1961 and has been in the business of making artisanal cheese for over 57 years. Now in its third generation of cheesemakers, the Renard family is committed to maintaining the tradition of handcrafted cheese.
