Turkey Wing Recipes

Описание к видео Turkey Wing Recipes

Hey Guy’s! Welcome back to my channel.
In today’s video I’m showing to share two turkey wing recipes.
The first one is Mississippi Turkey Wings. This recipe is just like the Mississippi Pot Roast but I used turkey wings instead of a beef roast.
The second recipe is Smothered Turkey Wings. I’ve made them many times before.
You can’t go wrong with good old turkey wings. They are so good and succulent already. You cook them until they are fall off the bone with just the right seasonings and you don’t have to wait til Thanksgiving.

Mississippi Turkey Wings:
4 Whole Turkey Wings, washed and cleaned
1 Envelope Liptons Onion Soup Mix
1 Envelope Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
8 or More Peperoncini Peppers with about 1/2 Cup of the juice
1 Whole Stick of Butter

Place the cleaned turkey wings in the crockpot. Sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup Mix and the Ranch Seasoning on the wings on both sides. Add the peppers on top of the wings. Add about 1/2 cup of the juice from the peppers. This will give them extra zing. Lastly place the stick of butter on top.
I like to use double the L. O. S. M. and extra Ranch Mix because I buy the jar of Ranch instead of the box of envelopes. Put the top on and cook in the crock pot
for 5 hours on high heat. Once the time is up test for doneness with a fork and enjoy.

Oven Smothered Turkey Wings:
6 - 8 Turkey Wings, washed and cleaned
2 Bell Peppers, washed and cut in to julienne strips
1 Large Onion, sliced
4 Heaping Tablespoons Corn Starch
2 Heaping Tablespoons of Chicken Bouillon
1 Heaping Tablespoon Minced Garlic
My House Blend Seasoning
4 Cups Water
1 Stick Butter

My House Seasoning Blend:
1 Cup Pink Himalayan Salt
1/4 Cup Granulated Garlic
1/4 Cup Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Granulated Onion
1/4 Cup Paprika
1/2 Cup Dried Parsley Flakes
1 Tablespoon Rubbed Sage
Mix together and place in a shaker jar .
Place turkey wings in the roaster and season with my house blend seasoning.
Add the cornstarch, bouillon and minced garlic to them. Message the seasonings and the garlic into the wings.
Arrange them in the roaster however you’d like them. Add 4 to 6 cups of water to the pan. Pour it into the pan at the sides washing down the seasonings from the sides of the pan if it looks messy. Place lid on top and cook at 350 degrees F for two hours or until they are fork tender and fully cooked.
Serve over a bed of rice. Enjoy ☺️
