This is a MUST-DO, NO REPEAT at home workout if you want to get a complete abs workout in 8 minutes! I am calling this one supreme abs because by the end you and your abs will be feeling mighty fine! Not only will this workout strengthen and define your obliques and abs, but the 8 minutes will fly by! This is an awesome workout to include after either a cardio or strength workout to maximize your abdominal definition!

This abs workout is structured with giant sets! That means we will have 6 exercises back to back with no rest in between! At the halfway point we will get 45 seconds to recover! This workout is great for all levels because I will offer modifications throughout and you can also include dumbbells if you need more of a challenge!
