Do you struggle with your posture or moving your body well? Do you have back pain? We all should be moving more, we all know that. But getting started with intentional movement can be overwhelming because there's endless exercises you can do and everyone is different with their capacity and limitations.

In this video I've put together a simple step by step mobility routine you can do first thing in the morning that will only take you 5 minutes! The exercises are simple for anyone to do! While this may not cure your rounded shoulders, this certainly helps you start your day feeling ready to attack your day.
