Raisins Milk Bread Loaf 葡萄干牛奶面包 松软拉丝 葡萄干 牛奶手撕面包

葡萄干牛奶面包
~牛奶-300ml
~酵母-1 1/2
茶匙
~糖-40g
~蛋-2 颗
~高筋面粉-500g
~盐-1/4 茶匙
~牛油(溶解)-30g
~葡萄干-160g

1) 牛奶必须是温的, 酵母+糖+蛋, 搅拌均匀, 高筋面粉过筛, 加少许盐, 盐先搅散, 再将粉搅拌均匀, 用手揉面5分钟, 放入溶解牛油, 再揉至牛油均匀,
用保鲜膜盖好等面团两倍大, 烤盘搽少许油, 並垫一层烘焙纸
2) 将面团称一称,分为两份, 用保鲜膜盖好,避免风乾, 擀成长方形, 擀成烤盘的宽度,长度可以长一些,这样卷起来多层次,
量1cm 做记号, 划成长条,留一边别切断, 均匀的铺上葡萄干, 将切断的那边边压扁, 卷起面团, 压成烤盘的长度,
再做另一个面团, 保鲜膜盖好2度发酵至1倍大
3) 1倍大后,预热烤箱 180°/10分钟, 留下的蛋液,加少许水,搽在面包上面, 放入烤盘,
面包颜色烤至金黄色时,盖上铝箔膜, 继续烘烤, 待冷切

3) Went double size, preheat oven 180°/10 minutes, add some water to the egg and apply it on top of the Bread, Oven 180°/30~35 minutes, when the bread is baked until golden brown, cover aluminum foil, continue baking, keep cooling
