Ingredients :-
🥢1cup boiled noodles
🥢1tbsp oil
🥢2tbsp cornflour
🥢1no. onion
🥢1/4cup bell pepper
🥢1/4cup purple cabbage
🥢1/2no. carrot
🥢Salt & Pepper to taste
🥢1tbsp ketchup
🥢1tsp soy sauce
🥢1tsp vinegar
🥢1tbsp schezwan sauce
🥢1/2no. lemon juice
🥢handful chopped coriander
🥢handful chopped spring onion

Boil millet noodles as instructed. Strain and coat it with oil & corn flour.
⁠Spread it in an air fryer & bake at 180°C for 10minutes. Flip & again bake for 2 minutes.
⁠In a bowl add in all the chopped veggies & seasonings. Mix it well.
⁠Seperately mix all the sauces along with lemon juice.
⁠Pour in the sauce along with crispy crushed noodles.
⁠Add in chopped coriander & spring onion. Mix it all nicely.
⁠Garnish & serve it immediately & Enjoy😀
