Resep Bolu Bakar Keju (untuk 12 porsi)
Ukuran loyang: 2 loyang ukuran 20 x 10 x 7cm
Bahan adonan roti:
255 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi
110 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
110 gr gula pasir
10 gr ragi
65 gr air dingin
65 gr susu
15 gr kental manis putih
85 gr telur ayam, kocok
85 gr margarin
1 gr garam
Bahan buttercream:
200 gr mentega tawar
200 gr margarin
200 gr gula halus
1 butir telur
2 gr Blossom Paste Mentega & Susu
4 gr Blossom Paste Mentega dan Keju
Bahan olesan:
Blossom Paste Mentega dan Keju
margarin cair
Topping:

Cara membuat:
1. Campurkan tepung terigu protein tinggi, protein sedang, gula pasir dan ragi, mixer di kecepatan rendah lalu masukkan air, susu, telur dan kental manis, mixer di kecepatan sedang selama 10 menit
2. Masukkan margarin dan garam, mixer di kecepatan tinggi beberapa saat lalu turunkan menjadi kecepatan sedang, mixer selama 10 menit atau hingga kalis. Diamkan adonan selama 30-40 menit
3. Untuk buttercream, bain marie telur hingga mencapai suhu 60 derajat celcius. Biarkan hingga suhu ruang
4. Kocok mentega tawar dengan margarin hingga sedikit mengembang lalu masukkan gula halus sambil disaring, mixer kembali
5. Masukkan telur, mixer hingga menyatu lalu masukkan Blossom Paste, mixer beberapa saat
6. Oles loyang dengan margarin lalu alasi dengan baking paper
7. Buang udara pada adonan roti lalu bagi menjadi dua. Pipihkan membentuk persegi panjang, tekan bagian bawah adonan lalu gulung
8. Letakkan di dalam loyang, tutup dengan cling wrap dan diamkan selama 30-40 menit
9. Jika loyang roti tidak ada tutup, alasi bagian atas roti dengan baking paper lalu loyang dan pemberat seperti ulekan. Panggang di suhu 175-180 derajat celcius selama 35 menit
10. Keluarkan roti dari loyang dan biarkan dingin
11. Campurkan mentega cair dengan Blossom Paste Mentega dan Keju, aduk rata
12. Belah dua roti lalu belah dua kembali tanpa memutus roti. Oles dengan buttercream dan tambahkan keju parut. Oles permukaan luar dengan margarin. Panggang dengan wajan hingga kecokelatan
13. Bolu bakar siap disajikan

Cheesy Bolu Bakar Recipe (yield 12 servings)
Pan size: 2 pans, sized 20 x 10 x 7cm
Bread dough ingredients:
255 g bread flour
110 g all-purpose flour
110 g sugar
10 g yeast
65 g cold water
65 g milk
15 g condensed milk
85 g egg, whisked
85 g margarine
1 g salt
Buttercream ingredients:
200 g unsalted butter
200 g margarine
200 g icing sugar
1 pc egg
2 g Blossom Paste Butter & Milk
4 g Blossom Paste Butter & Cheese
Glaze ingredients:
Blossom Paste Butter & Cheese
Melted margarine

Steps:
1. Mix bread flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, & yeast. Mixer at low speed, then add water, milk, egg, and condensed milk. Mixer at medium speed for 10 minutes.
2. Add margarine and salt. Mixer at high speed for a short time, then reduce to medium speed. Mixer for 10 minutes or until elastic. Let the dough rest for 30-40 minutes.
3. For the buttercream, bain marie the egg until 60°C. Let cool to room temperature.
4. Beat unsalted butter with margarine until slightly fluffy, then sift in icing sugar. Mixer again.
5. Add egg. Mixer until combined, then add Blossom Paste and mixer briefly.
6. Grease the pan with margarine, then line with baking paper.
7. Remove air from the dough, then divide into two. Flatten into a rectangular shape. Press the bottom of the dough then roll.
8. Place the dough in the pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30-40 minutes.
9. If the pan has no lid, cover the top of the dough with baking paper. Then, place another pan and weights (such as pestles). Bake at 175–180°C for 35 minutes.
10. Remove the bread from the pan and let cool.
11. Mix melted margarine with Blossom Paste Butter & Cheese. Stir until combined.
12. Slice the bread in half, then slice it in half again without cutting through. Spread the buttercream & add grated cheese. Glaze the outside with the margarine mixture. Grill on a pan until golden brown.
13. Bolu Bakar is ready to serve.
