Here are some back tuck drills that can easily be done at home. Important things to remember about back tucks whether they're standing or running are to have a powerful jump with fast arms to ears, DO NOT chuck your head, driving your knees and hips to initiate the rotation, keeping a tight tuck shape and not opening out to early to avoid landing short.
These drills should help you fix any problems you may be facing with your current back tuck or they might help you on your journey towards learning one! Give them a go and let us know what you think but remember to please be supervised and to use a mat or soft surface to avoid injury!
