45 Minute Indoor Trainer Workout ( COVID-19 Edition )

This is a special edition workout video (partly due to requests) to help people through the current COVID-19 crisis. We haven’t done one of these for a while (we have 'done' all the videos of the rides that we do).
It was a small-ish group, so lots of efforts with short recoveries. It is a complete (non-cut) video of one of our regular Tuesday morning rides along Melbourne's 'famous' Beach Road.
