What to Expect in Your First Aerial Hoop Class! Introduction to Lyra Basics

Long time no upload! I've been busy with teaching and starting a new job but I finally found time to film and edit this one.
In this video I walk through the curriculum I teach to my level 1 lyra students and show some videos from my early days an aerialist. I'll walk you through what to wear and bring and what to expect as far as struggles and soreness.
This is part 1 of what I want to be a 3 part series walking through what to expect in your first silks class and with the 3rd being what to expect in your first pole dance class.
