Welcome to this 30 Minute Pregnancy Pilates Workout! We start with a nice warm-up and finish with a gentle stretching! This workout is suitable for pregnant ladies at any stage of their pregnancy! This prenatal workout includes spoken instructions so you always know how to keep proper form.

Each exercise is 30 seconds long, followed by a 10 second break so you can catch some breath and prepare for the next exercise. If you need extra breaks, feel free to pause this video and continue whenever you are ready again.

This prenatal workout strengthens your back, legs, booty, arms, and chest. The exercises were selected to keep your body pain-free and strong during pregnancy. You won't need any equipment and can do the workout from home or any other location.

All exercises in this workout are pregnancy safe but please still listen to your body! Every body and every pregnancy is different so if an exercise doesn’t feel good, please skip it. Do all exercises at your own pace!
