Russian Salad Recipe by Zoon's Kitchen

#### Ingredients:
4 Apples, peeled and cubed
2 Carrots, cubed
2 Medium-sized Potatoes, cubed
3-4 tbsp Peas
1 Medium Mix Fruit Tin
1 Pineapple Tin, cubed
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
600 ml Fresh Cream (3 packs)
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
6 tbsp Powdered Sugar (adjust to taste)
1-2 tbsp Raisins
10-12 Almonds, sliced

#### Instructions:

1. *Preparation:*
Peel and cube the apples, carrots, and potatoes.
Boil the carrots, peas, and potatoes separately until tender. Drain the water and allow them to cool.

2. *Mixing:*
In a large bowl, combine the cubed apples, boiled peas, potatoes, carrots, pineapple pieces, and mix fruit tin.
Add mayonnaise, fresh cream, salt, black pepper, and powdered sugar. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

3. *Garnishing:*
Garnish the salad with raisins, cherries, and sliced almonds.

4. *Chilling:*
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for 1-2 hours to let it cool and allow the flavors to meld.

5. *Serving:*
Once chilled, take the salad out of the refrigerator, serve, and enjoy your refreshing Russian salad!
