This is my absolute favorite Starbucks Banana bread recipe! It's soft, moist , and bursting with sweet bananas. Perfect for breakfast and desserts!

Yields 1 load

材料:
低筋麵粉 245 克 (2 杯)
泡打粉 8 克 (2 茶匙)
鹽 2 克 (¼ 茶匙)
粟米油 93 克 (½ 杯)
白砂糖 144 克(¾ 杯)
雞蛋 1 隻 (52 克)
牛奶 30 克 (2 湯匙)
雲呢拿香油 5 克 (1 茶匙)
香蕉 380 克(1¾ cup) = 3 條
合桃 (核桃) 53克 (½ 杯)
合桃 (核桃) 35克 (⅓ 杯)

Ingredients:
245 grams (2 cups) cake flour
8 grams (2 teaspoons) baking powder
2 grams (¼ teaspoon) salt
93 grams (½ cup) corn oil
144 grams (¾ cup) sugar
52 grams = 1 large egg
30 grams (2 tablespoons) milk
5 grams (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
380 grams (1¾ cup) = 3 ripe medium-large bananas
53 grams (½ cup) chopped walnuts
35 grams (⅓ cup) chopped walnuts for topping

Ingredientes:
