You should have a Single Dose Grinder in your cafe!

In this video Luke is discussing the benefits of adding a single dose grinder to a cafe. Of course every cafe has their main grinder with the hopper preloaded full of beans ready to grind and make coffee. What happens if you'd like to offer a single origin option or a freshly ground decaf? How difficult is it to do that if you don't have a secondary grinder?

Installing a single dosing grinder like the Mazzer ZM we use really opens up so many more options for cafes with what they can serve and supply customers.
