Hi all
We decided to make another batch of mince kebabs and while were at it we also made some mini kebab pies with pasta sauce that are simply delicious!

Ingredients
500g lamb mince
1 large onion, finely diced
dhania (coriander), mint, shallots and 2 green chillies all cut fine
1 egg (for binding)
1 slice bread
crack of black pepper
sprinkle of mixed herbs
1 tsp steak and chops spice
1 tsp crushed ginger and garlic
1 tsp fine salt (adjust to taste)
1 tbs Mrs Balls chutney

For the pies
pasta sauce
grated mozzerella cheese
sprinkle Italian herbs
Today puff pastry

*Don't forget to brush with milk or egg wash
