Tasty Cassava Balls recipe/Yucca balls/with mango sour

Popular Guyanese street food. Made with cassava/yucca. Goes really well with mango sour or tamarind sour.

Ingredients :
3 medium cassava boiled soft with 1 tbs salt
1/4 cup finely chopped scallions
3 cloves garlic
1 weriweri pepper
2 TBS butter
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

oil for frying
1/4 cup flour for dusting

For mango sour
3 green mangoes
4 cups water
1 tsp salt
3 cloves garlic
2 weri weri pepper
1 tbs brown sugar
1/2 tsp cumin powder(optional)
pinch of turmeric powder for color if needed (optional)
