Guyanese Cassava Egg Balls || Step By Step Recipe- Episode 156

Ingredients and Measurements:
4 lb. cassava peeled and chopped
10 large eggs
8 cloves garlic finely chopped
4 wiri wiri peppers chopped finely (use any hot pepper of your choice)
2 tbsp. culantro or cilantro finely chopped
2 scallions thinly sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup all purpose flour to coat the outside
oil to fry
