Crow Pose, also called 'Bakasana', is a challenging and empowering posture! We will work on opening the hips, stretching the hamstrings, building strength in the core and creating space to lift into your arm balance. By following this video and practicing this sequence regularly, you'll be flying into Crow Pose before you know it!
