🙂腌制鸡肉:2个鸡腿肉、1茶勺盐、少许胡椒粉、1个蛋清、2勺玉米淀粉
😘其他材料:1勺belacan粉、1勺红糖/白糖、1茶勺盐、1把咖喱叶
😍辣椒糊:20克虾米、3根去籽红辣椒、8根去籽干辣椒、5粒红葱头、3瓣蒜、3勺食用油

1)把鸡肉斩块,加入1茶勺盐、少许胡椒粉、1个蛋清、2勺玉米淀粉抓均匀腌制15分钟
2)准备20克虾米、3根去籽红辣椒、8根去籽干辣椒、5粒红葱头、3瓣蒜、3勺食用油搅成糊状
3)热锅热油把鸡肉炸至金黄色捞出
4)锅留底油,倒入辣椒糊、1勺belacan粉小火炒至变红再加入1勺红糖/白糖、1茶勺盐、1把咖喱叶炒香
5)最后加入炸好的鸡块,快速翻炒均匀即可❤️
