ONE BOWL Sourdough Bread Method - No Touch? No Mess? No way....YES WAY!!!! (not my best crumb tho)

A sourdough bread method that you won't believe can work! I put a halt to my initial sourdough adventure in 2022. I re-started around Christmas 2023 and will never quit again! One bowl, no major messes, no expensive equipment (other than a $20 digital kitchen scale from Walmart) and a whole lotta bread loving going on! Here is the recipe, tweak it to make it work in your kitchen and ENJOY the satisfaction of making one step closer to healthy, sustainable eating!!

Recipe:
375g warm water
50-100g starter
11g salt
500g Unbleached Flour incorporated
- 30 minutes of rest
- x4 of Stretch & Folds every 30 minutes
- cover with plastic wrap (or a tight lid) and put it in the refrigerator for 12-48 hours
- remove from refrigerator and let it rise and warm to room temperature. Preheat oven and dutch oven to 450*f
- Flour parchment paper, add dough to it, flour top and score with razor (not totally necessary though). Put it in the pre-heated dutch oven
- bake in dutch oven with lid on for 30 minutes
- remove lid, reduce oven temp to 400*f and bake for 15 minutes
- Remove from oven and let cool for a minimum 1hr to keep the moisture retained in the loaf before cutting it!
