Pretty stressful week cuz of all the assignment and wanted to have something spicy and hence I made a Tteokbokki.
Basically a spicy rice cake.
It's a popular snack in Korea.
If this is too spicy for you, there are ways to reduce the spiciness
1. Add cheese
2. Add less Black pepper
3. Add less Chili flakes
4. Add less Gochujang (1 Tbsp) and add more Soy sauce instead (1Tbsp more)
Also, curry powder makes the tteokbokki taste like a Sinj*** Tteokbokki which is a tteokbokki franchise in Korea.
If you don't have curry powder, u can add oyster sauce instead (same amount 1 Tbsp)

Main Ingredients:
Rice cake (200g), Gochujang (korean chili paste) 2Tbsp, Gochugaru (2 Tbsp), Soy sauce (1 Tbsp), Black pepper, Sugar (2 tbsp)

Optional Ingredients:
1 Clove of Garlic, Green onion, Fishcakes, Curry Powder (1 Tbsp), 2 Kelp
