half tablespoon black papper whole

1 tablespoon cumin seeds

1 tablespoon coriander seeds

6 pes cloves

5 pes cardamom

2 pes big cardamom

1 pes jawitry

2 pes cinnamon sticks

2 pes beleaf

3 pes onion

2 tablespoon ginger chopped

1 tablespoon garlic chopped

1 kg 1 pes whole chicken cut into 1/4

salt to taste

500 gm basmati rice

2 tablespoon lemon

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1 teaspoon paprika powder

4 pes green chilli

3 pes dry lemon

1 liter stock water

some dry fruits for garnish

coriander leaf for garnish

serve with spicy tomato chutney
